【摘要】：北京牛街屬于城市少數(shù)民族社區(qū)范疇。經(jīng)過(guò)改革開放30多年的發(fā)展,北京牛街時(shí)至今日發(fā)生了巨大的變化,形成了北京市最大的民族特色街區(qū)。北京牛街地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著很強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,同時(shí)牛街民族特色商業(yè)街也是展示中國(guó)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步的窗口。本文通過(guò)對(duì)牛街不同歷史階段經(jīng)濟(jì)變遷的分析,進(jìn)行歷史與邏輯的思考,回顧其歷史的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。第一章根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)資料,詳細(xì)梳理了牛街這一名稱的來(lái)源,牛街回族聚居區(qū)的形成與發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷的不同的歷史階段的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化事件。以及當(dāng)今牛街在北京的地位,歸納總結(jié)了牛街的經(jīng)濟(jì)特色。通過(guò)田野調(diào)查資料,統(tǒng)計(jì)出牛街現(xiàn)在的居民人口及民族成分構(gòu)成情況。第二章重點(diǎn)介紹了明清時(shí)期牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的社會(huì)背景、及其經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和體制,牛街居民在明清時(shí)期的主要生計(jì)方式。第三章探討了民國(guó)時(shí)期的牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本情況,經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和體制,居民生計(jì)方式的變化。第四章重點(diǎn)介紹了牛街在1949-1978年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景及其經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷情況。在此章中,又把1949-1978年這段時(shí)間進(jìn)行劃分,分別介紹了1949-1966年和1967-1978年兩個(gè)時(shí)間段的牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,并在本章中展現(xiàn)了政府政策對(duì)牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的扶持作用。第五章探討了1978年以后牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景,因牛街在20世紀(jì)90年代初期經(jīng)歷的地區(qū)改造引起的社區(qū)變遷情況,以及在1978年后的牛街經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷。本文的總結(jié)與展望探討了牛街在未來(lái)該如何進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、優(yōu)化及未來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向。本文比較詳細(xì)地展現(xiàn)了牛街各個(gè)歷史階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),并對(duì)其各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)制度及經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析概括。牛街是北京市著名的民族特色商業(yè)街區(qū),牛街的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在一定程度上維護(hù)和保障城市少數(shù)民族社區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,是展示北京市民族和諧關(guān)系的重要窗口。
[Abstract]:Beijing Niujie belongs to the category of urban minority communities. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in Beijing Niujie. Beijing formed the largest ethnic characteristics of the block. Beijing Niujie area of economic development has a strong economic value. At the same time Niujie National characteristic Commercial Street is also a window to show the progress of Chinese national unity. This paper analyzes the economic changes of Niujie in different historical stages and makes historical and logical thinking. The first chapter reviews the origin of the name of Niujie, the formation and development of Niujie Hui settlement area, and the political and economic experience of different historical stages according to the literature. Cultural events. And the current status of Niujie in Beijing, summed up the economic characteristics of Niujie. Through field survey data. The second chapter mainly introduces the social background, economic system and system of the economic development of Niujie during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The main livelihood of Niujie residents in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Chapter three discusses the basic situation, economic system and system of the economic development of Niujie during the period of the Republic of China. Chapter 4th focuses on the background of Niujie's economic development in 1949-1978 and the changes of its economic structure. The period of 1949-1978 is divided into two periods: 1949-1966 and 1967-1978. The economic development and the changes of economic structure of Niujie in 1949-1966 and 1967-1978 are introduced respectively. In this chapter, it shows the role of government policy in supporting the economic development of Niujie. Chapter 5th discusses the background of the economic development of Niujie after 1978. Community changes due to the transformation of Niu Street in the beginning of 1990s. As well as the economic structure of Niujie after 1978. This paper summarizes and prospects how to upgrade Niujie in the future. Optimization and the future direction of economic development. This paper presents the characteristics of economic development in various historical stages of Niujie in detail. Niujie is a famous commercial district with national characteristics in Beijing. The economic development of Niujie is an important window to show the harmonious relationship between the nationalities in Beijing, to a certain extent, to safeguard and protect the economic interests of the minority communities in the city.
