【摘要】：結(jié)合專家打分與主成分分析法,從對(duì)內(nèi)開放、引進(jìn)來(lái)和走出去三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建開放經(jīng)濟(jì)總指數(shù)、對(duì)內(nèi)開放指數(shù)、引進(jìn)來(lái)開放指數(shù)與走出去開放指數(shù)來(lái)衡量我國(guó)31個(gè)省(區(qū)、市)2003~2012年的開放經(jīng)濟(jì)程度。研究表明,四大指數(shù)都呈上升趨勢(shì),我國(guó)的開放程度不斷提高。從增速看,9年來(lái)走出去指數(shù)增長(zhǎng)最快,總指數(shù)次之,引進(jìn)來(lái)指數(shù)再次之,對(duì)內(nèi)開放指數(shù)最末。從地區(qū)看,分地區(qū)看,東部地區(qū)在總指數(shù)、走出去指數(shù)以及引進(jìn)來(lái)指數(shù)都遠(yuǎn)高于其他地區(qū)�？傊笖�(shù)、走出去指數(shù)以及引進(jìn)來(lái)指數(shù)的區(qū)域差異在縮小,出現(xiàn)趨同現(xiàn)象,但對(duì)內(nèi)開放指數(shù)并沒(méi)呈現(xiàn)該效應(yīng),反而區(qū)域差異在擴(kuò)大。
[Abstract]:Combined with expert scoring and principal component analysis, from the opening to the interior, bringing in and going out to three dimensions to construct index index of open economy, open, bringing in and going out open open index index to measure 31 provinces (area, city) 2003~2012 years of open economy. Research shows that the four index increased, the openness of China's continuous improvement. From a growth perspective, to index the fastest growing out of 9 years, the total index of introducing index again, the opening of the index to the end. From the region, sub region, the eastern region in the total index, go out introduction to index and index are much higher than in other regions. The total index, index and index to go out the introduction of regional differences in the narrow, appears convergence, but the opening of the index did not show the effect, but the regional differences in the expansion.
