【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)1900-2011年美國(guó)、英國(guó)、日本、德國(guó)及法國(guó)的最高1%人口收入比重、個(gè)人所得稅數(shù)據(jù)分析,本文得出以下結(jié)論 :(1)美國(guó)和英國(guó)最高收入比重整體上呈"U",日本、德國(guó)和法國(guó)最高收入比重整體上呈"L"型變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),并不是Kuznets(1955)提出的倒"U"型;(2)國(guó)外主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家個(gè)人所得稅(最高邊際稅率)對(duì)貧富差距起到了重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)我國(guó)今后的稅制改革具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Based on 1900-2011 the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany and France, the 1% highest population proportion of income, personal income tax data analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the United States and Britain's highest proportion of income on the whole is "U", Japan, Germany and France, the highest income ratio is the whole trend of L "type, not Kuznets (1955) put forward the inverted" U "type; (2) the main developed countries of the personal income tax (the highest marginal tax rate) to an important role in the regulation of the gap between rich and poor. The results of this Study on the future of China's tax system reform has important significance.
