【摘要】：新時期我國收入分配制度改革在適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展同時也要同政府轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史進(jìn)程和社會管理變革實踐緊密結(jié)合,其中治理理論框架引入是突破當(dāng)前分配領(lǐng)域制度建構(gòu)和政策設(shè)計困境的有效途徑。通過論證收入分配制度內(nèi)涵與公共治理運行框架具備較強程度邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)的前提下,嘗試從兩大系統(tǒng)各自的功能、原則和目標(biāo)模糊對應(yīng)性分析的維度,初步搭建起公共治理格局下收入分配制度改革的理論輪廓和實踐框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上以中國特色"五位一體"社會管理格局創(chuàng)新為依據(jù),提出了社會治理新框架下的收入分配改革新路徑。
[Abstract]:In the new period, the reform of income distribution system in our country should be closely combined with the historical process of government transformation and the practice of social management reform in order to adapt to the development of market economy. The introduction of governance theory framework is an effective way to break through the dilemma of system construction and policy design in the field of distribution. The premise that the connotation of income distribution system has a strong logical correlation with the framework of public governance operation is demonstrated through the demonstration of the connotation of income distribution system and the operating framework of public governance. Down. This paper attempts to analyze the dimensions of fuzzy correspondence between the two systems from their respective functions, principles and objectives. The theoretical outline and practical framework of the reform of income distribution system under the public governance pattern are preliminarily set up, which is based on the innovation of the "five-in-one" social management pattern with Chinese characteristics. Put forward the new path of income distribution reform under the new frame of social governance.
