【摘要】：專利創(chuàng)造反映了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,通過專利創(chuàng)造數(shù)量、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況和創(chuàng)新資源綜合分析,可以獲得專利數(shù)量與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和科技創(chuàng)新中的關(guān)系,對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新能力進行評價。在對縣域?qū)＠暾埡褪跈?quán)數(shù)量進行統(tǒng)計分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合縣域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新資源分布,形成了基于專利創(chuàng)造的縣域創(chuàng)新能力指數(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力指數(shù),從中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中專利創(chuàng)造和運用對于產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和科技創(chuàng)新能力提升的促進作用。
[Abstract]:The patent creation reflects the regional innovation ability and the industry competitiveness , through the patent creation quantity , the regional industrial development situation and the innovation resources comprehensive analysis , can obtain the patent number and the industrial development and the innovation resources comprehensive analysis , can obtain the patent number and the industrial development and the scientific and technological innovation , the regional industrial development and innovation ability evaluation . Based on the analysis of the county patent application and the authorized quantity , the paper forms the county - domain innovation ability index and the industry competitiveness index based on the patent creation , from which the patent creation and application can be found to promote the industrial competitiveness and the innovation ability of the technology innovation .

【正文快照】： 0引言專利是權(quán)利人對特定的發(fā)明創(chuàng)造在一定期限內(nèi)依法享有的獨占實施權(quán),反映在產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力和競爭力上則體現(xiàn)為區(qū)域、產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中專利的集聚程度和數(shù)量,一般來說,專利的數(shù)量能夠與區(qū)域或產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力呈線性關(guān)系[1-2],而區(qū)域中的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力則直接表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。
