【摘要】：21世紀,經濟增長與資源環(huán)境的矛盾日益加大。甘肅省是資源大省,同時又是中國的經濟欠發(fā)達省區(qū),煤炭產業(yè)作為甘肅省的主要能源產業(yè)和支柱產業(yè),與資源環(huán)境協(xié)調發(fā)展的壓力尤為突出。在未來經濟發(fā)展中,如何實現(xiàn)轉型和跨越式發(fā)展,是甘肅煤炭產業(yè)亟待解決的重大課題。從國內外產業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢而言,發(fā)展循環(huán)經濟是甘肅煤炭產業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。 本文運用產業(yè)經濟學、區(qū)域經濟學以及循環(huán)經濟的相關理論,首先在對甘肅煤炭產業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀進行全面回顧和梳理總結的基礎上,探討了甘肅煤炭產業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經濟的必要性；其次,通過構建甘肅省煤炭產業(yè)循環(huán)經濟發(fā)展水平評價指標體系,并運用主成分分析法對甘肅省煤炭產業(yè)循環(huán)經濟發(fā)展水平進行了客觀評價；最后結合甘肅省煤炭產業(yè)當前面臨的形勢,探討了其發(fā)展循環(huán)經濟的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century , the contradiction between economic growth and resource environment is increasing day by day . Gansu province is the major energy industry and pillar industry of Gansu Province . The coal industry is the main energy industry and pillar industry in Gansu Province , and the pressure of coordinated development with the resource environment is especially prominent . In the future economic development , how to realize the transformation and leap development is the important task that Gansu ' s coal industry needs to solve urgently . Based on the comprehensive review and analysis of the course and current situation of Gansu ' s coal industry , the paper discusses the necessity of developing the circular economy of Gansu ' s coal industry . Secondly , through the construction of the index system of the development level of coal industry in Gansu Province , and by using the principal component analysis method , this paper makes an objective evaluation of the economic development level of coal industry in Gansu Province . Finally , it discusses the path choice of its development circular economy in combination with the current situation of coal industry in Gansu Province .
