【摘要】：近年來,美國經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)了四大增長點(diǎn):非常規(guī)能源革命方興未艾、先進(jìn)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)勢回歸、大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用異軍突起、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)蓄勢待發(fā)。這將可能引發(fā)美國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長"提檔"加速、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢轉(zhuǎn)變以及國際實力格局洗牌。對中國而言,機(jī)遇略大于挑戰(zhàn),應(yīng)研究和借鑒美國創(chuàng)造新增長點(diǎn)的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),設(shè)計和打造中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新增長點(diǎn),通過科技創(chuàng)新帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,以頁巖革命推動能源產(chǎn)能和安全建設(shè),培育和塑造中美務(wù)實合作新增長點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the U.S. economy has four major growth points: the non conventional energy revolution just unfolding, advanced manufacturing industry strong regression, A new force suddenly rises. big data applications, infrastructure construction is gaining momentum. This will likely lead to economic growth in the United States "stall" accelerated world economic development trend and the transformation of the pattern of international strength reshuffle. China, opportunities more than a challenge, should study and learn from the American experience to create a new growth point, design and build a new economic growth point Chinese, promote industrial upgrading through technological innovation, promote energy production and safety construction in the shale revolution, cultivating and shaping our practical cooperation to a new growth point.
