【摘要】：消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)可以反映一個國家或地區(qū)居民生活質(zhì)量，也可以用來衡量一個國家或地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。因此，研究居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不僅是消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論中的核心問題，同時也是關(guān)系到整個宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要課題。珠江三角洲是廣東省乃至全國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的排頭兵，城鎮(zhèn)居民作為珠江三角洲的消費(fèi)主體，，其消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化一直具有較強(qiáng)的窗口及示范作用。新世紀(jì)以來，全國總體上已進(jìn)入以發(fā)展型和享受型消費(fèi)為主導(dǎo)的第三次消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級階段。研究珠江三角洲地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)居民在第三次消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級階段中的特點(diǎn)，并從中總結(jié)加快珠江三角洲地區(qū)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的對策建議，對該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展將更具指導(dǎo)性。本文利用2000-2010年珠江三角洲城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)的數(shù)據(jù)，從居民消費(fèi)率，平均消費(fèi)傾向,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動度,消費(fèi)支出絕對值,消費(fèi)支出比重及ELES模型等多角度對居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析，在這過程中，既使用截面數(shù)據(jù)對珠江三角洲整體居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究，也結(jié)合珠江三角洲九市的面板數(shù)據(jù)探究其內(nèi)部消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的差異。最后，根據(jù)珠江三角洲城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的具體特點(diǎn)，提出切實增加居民收入，加強(qiáng)宏觀政策調(diào)控，積極實施各種消費(fèi)促銷手段，建立良好的消費(fèi)環(huán)境，分層次引導(dǎo)居民消費(fèi)等加快其消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級換代的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Consumption structure can reflect the quality of life of the residents of a country or region, but also can be used to measure the social and economic development of a country or region. To study the consumption structure of residents is not only the core issue in the theory of consumption economy, but also an important subject related to the development of the whole macro-economy. The Pearl River Delta is the vanguard of economic development in Guangdong Province and even in the whole country. Urban residents as the main consumer of the Pearl River Delta, its consumption structure has been a strong window and demonstration role since the new century. As a whole, the whole country has entered the third stage of consumption structure upgrading, which is dominated by development-oriented consumption and enjoyment consumption. The characteristics of urban residents in the Pearl River Delta region in the third stage of consumption structure upgrading are studied. From the summary of the Pearl River Delta region consumption structure upgrade countermeasures and suggestions. This paper uses the data of urban residents in the Pearl River Delta from 2000 to 2010 to analyze the consumption rate, the average consumption tendency and the change degree of consumption structure. The absolute value of consumer expenditure, the proportion of consumer expenditure and the ELES model are used to analyze the consumption structure of residents. In the process, the cross-section data is used to study the overall consumption structure of residents in the Pearl River Delta. Also combined with the panel data of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta to explore the differences in their internal consumption structure. Finally, according to the specific characteristics of the consumption structure of urban residents in the Pearl River Delta, the author proposes to increase the income of residents. We should strengthen macro-policy regulation and control, actively implement various means of consumption promotion, establish a good consumption environment, guide residents to consume at different levels, and other policy suggestions for speeding up the upgrading of their consumption structure.
