【摘要】：保證信用是中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的常見(jiàn)習(xí)俗和制度。在民間借貸關(guān)系中,保證信用是最為重要和通常的信用形式之一,對(duì)借貸關(guān)系的建立和償還都具有重要作用,對(duì)民間商業(yè)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展和擴(kuò)大也具有重要的意義。在近代天津金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益加大的條件下,保證信用與抵押等信用形式日益結(jié)合。隨著天津在近代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的到來(lái),民間保證信用的保證者的來(lái)源也有所變化,在一些民間借貸形式中出現(xiàn)了熟人和地方權(quán)威之外的市場(chǎng)化的保證信用形式,單位的同事成為保證人來(lái)源之一,銀號(hào)和銀行及其經(jīng)理人等也都是商業(yè)借貸中的重要保證者。在中外金融關(guān)系和行業(yè)間的借貸中,天津商會(huì)和政府逐漸成為不可或缺的保證者。
[Abstract]:Guarantee credit is the common custom and system in Chinese society economy. The guarantee of credit is one of the most important and common forms of credit in the private lending relationship, which plays an important role in the establishment and repayment of the loan relationship, and also plays an important role in the development and expansion of the private commercial market. Under the condition of increasing financial risk in modern Tianjin, credit forms such as guarantee credit and mortgage are combined day by day. With the arrival of Tianjin in the transition period of modern society, the sources of the guarantors of folk guarantee credit have also changed. In some forms of folk lending, there are market-oriented forms of guarantee credit other than acquaintances and local authorities. Co-workers are a source of surety, and banks and their managers are also important guarantors of commercial lending. The Tianjin Chamber of Commerce and the government are becoming indispensable guarantors in the financial relations between China and foreign countries.
