【摘要】：通過運用保險精算模型,在對不同系數(shù)進行假設的前提下對不同繳費年齡和繳費檔次下的新疆新型農(nóng)村社會養(yǎng)老保險供給替代率進行了測算,然后測算出新疆北疆和南疆地區(qū)農(nóng)民的新農(nóng)保繳費能力,得出絕大多數(shù)新疆地區(qū)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老金供給替代率偏低的結論,建議政策部門鼓勵農(nóng)民盡早參保、制定與收入相匹配的繳費檔次,財政部門加大對新疆貧困地區(qū)補貼。
[Abstract]:By using the actuarial model of insurance, this paper calculates the supply substitution rate of the new rural social old-age insurance in Xinjiang under different payment ages and levels under the assumption of different coefficients. Then it calculates the new rural insurance contribution capacity of farmers in northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang, draws the conclusion that the replacement rate of rural pension supply is low in most areas of Xinjiang, and suggests that policy departments encourage farmers to participate in the insurance as soon as possible. The financial sector has increased subsidies to poor areas in Xinjiang.
