【摘要】：2014年以來,我國房地產(chǎn)市場迅速轉(zhuǎn)冷,形成快速下滑走勢,1—4月份商品房銷售面積同比下降6.9%。這次調(diào)整的性質(zhì)明顯不同于以往的幾次調(diào)整,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下的調(diào)整,是由房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展階段轉(zhuǎn)變引起的調(diào)整,是長期因素和短期因素疊加作用引起的調(diào)整,是長期上升過程中的一次較大級別調(diào)整。這次房地產(chǎn)市場調(diào)整的幅度估計會較大,調(diào)整的時間也會較長。
