【摘要】：文章從機(jī)構(gòu)投資者持股規(guī)模、持股集中度、持股穩(wěn)定性三個方面歸納不同類型機(jī)構(gòu)投資者持股特征,采用Log-it回歸檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)投資者持股特征對上市后股票購買并持有異常回報(bào)率(BHAR),即IPOs長期績效的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了機(jī)構(gòu)投資者持股比例越高、持股穩(wěn)定性越強(qiáng),股票上市后的長期績效越好;而持股比例低、持股集中度高、持股穩(wěn)定性差的機(jī)構(gòu)投資者也導(dǎo)致了股票長期表現(xiàn)較差。積極型機(jī)構(gòu)投資者對股票長期績效具有正面的影響。因此,引入積極型機(jī)構(gòu)投資者符合當(dāng)前我國股票市場深化改革的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper sums up different types of institutional investors' shareholding characteristics from three aspects of institutional investors' shareholding scale, shareholding concentration and shareholding stability. Log-it regression is used to test the influence of institutional investors' shareholding characteristics on the long-term performance of IPOs by buying and holding abnormal rate of return (BHAR). The empirical results show that the higher the shareholding ratio of institutional investors, the stronger the stability of shareholding, the better the long-term performance of stocks after listing, while the lower the shareholding ratio, the higher the concentration of shareholding. Institutional investors with poor equity stability have also contributed to the long-term poor performance of stocks. Positive institutional investors have a positive impact on the long-term performance of stocks. Therefore, the introduction of active institutional investors conforms to the goal of deepening the reform of China's stock market.
