【摘要】：針對中國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下債券市場發(fā)債企業(yè)信用風險事件尤其是違約事件,從發(fā)債企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況、評級機構競爭和債券市場標準建設等不同角度分析了相關原因,進而提出了應對措施。
[Abstract]:In view of the credit risk events of bond issuing enterprises in the new normal state of China's economy, especially the default events, this paper analyzes the relevant reasons from different angles, such as the operating status of bond issuing enterprises, the competition of rating agencies and the construction of bond market standards. Then the countermeasures are put forward.
