【摘要】：隨著政府大力發(fā)展三農(nóng)的決心和舉措,三農(nóng)的發(fā)展迎來了黃金時期,銀行的三農(nóng)業(yè)務的發(fā)展也迎來了新的機遇。但是,基于三農(nóng)業(yè)務地區(qū)差異的特點和三農(nóng)貸款的高風險特征,這就決定了銀行三農(nóng)貸款的風險管理工作仍需要引起足夠的重視和更多的投入。作者根據(jù)近三年多來在固原農(nóng)行風險管理崗位工作所掌握的情況,通過列舉法、調(diào)查法、演繹法、文獻資料法和實證分析等方法,從縣域經(jīng)濟風險、固原農(nóng)行三農(nóng)貸款風險管理現(xiàn)狀和三農(nóng)貸款的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境等進行分析,指出固原農(nóng)行三農(nóng)貸款風險管理中面臨的主要風險為信用、市場、操作和聲譽風險,并對其具體表現(xiàn)形式進行詳細闡述。最后,根據(jù)各風險的表現(xiàn)形式,提出了具體的風險管控措施和意見。
[Abstract]:With the government's determination and measures to develop agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers ushered in a golden period, and the development of the bank's agriculture, rural areas and farmers business also ushered in a new opportunity. However, based on the characteristics of regional differences in rural, agricultural and rural areas and the high risk characteristics of loans for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, it is decided that the risk management of loans for agriculture, rural areas and farmers still needs to attract enough attention and more investment. According to the situation in the risk management position of Agricultural Bank of Guyuan in the past three years, the author analyzed the risk of county economy by means of enumeration, investigation, deduction, literature and empirical analysis, etc. Based on the analysis of the present situation of loan risk management for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and the internal and external environment of the loan, the paper points out that the main risks in credit, market, operation and reputation are the main risks faced by Agricultural Bank of Guyuan in credit, market, operation and reputation risk management. And its concrete manifestation carries on the detailed elaboration. Finally, according to the manifestations of each risk, the specific risk control measures and suggestions are put forward.
