【摘要】：為響應(yīng)國家對銀行提出的服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟、支持中小企業(yè)成長的號召,破解戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中小企業(yè)的銀行融資難困境,本文通過對創(chuàng)業(yè)板某上市公司的風(fēng)險投資項目評價案例分析以及三家銀行的小企業(yè)貸款項目評價體系的比較研究,總結(jié)了風(fēng)險投資和銀行貸款的項目評價偏好和差異。 本文的實證分析將創(chuàng)辦板已上市且有風(fēng)險投資入股的企業(yè)分為有銀行貸款和無銀行貸款兩類企業(yè),運用SPSS統(tǒng)計分析軟件對21個指標進行配對樣本T檢驗和相關(guān)性檢驗,最后選取11個指標進行二元Logistic回歸分析,得出7項判別企業(yè)有無銀行貸款有效的指標。實證分析很好地揭示了現(xiàn)行的銀行貸款項目評價體系關(guān)注的指標,驗證了本文的假設(shè)和比較研究結(jié)果,為提出銀行戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中小企業(yè)貸款項目評價體系的改進建議提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文最終給出了銀行戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中小企業(yè)貸款項目評價體系的改進建議,并分析了本次研究的不足之處,展望了未來的研究方向。 本文的主要創(chuàng)新點：1)本文首次將風(fēng)險投資項目評價體系與銀行貸款項目評價體系進行比較研究。2)本文首次運用有風(fēng)險投資入股的創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)進行有無銀行貸款的配對分析。3)本文的實證分析引入了無形資產(chǎn)指標。4)本文根據(jù)比較研究和實證分析的結(jié)果,從歷史沿革、企業(yè)家素質(zhì)、行業(yè)、技術(shù)水平、經(jīng)營模式及財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)6方面給出了銀行戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中小企業(yè)貸款項目評價的改進建議。
[Abstract]:In response to the call made by the state to the banks to serve the real economy, to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic emerging industries, Through the case analysis of venture capital project evaluation of a listed company in gem and the comparative study of the evaluation system of small enterprise loan project in three banks, this paper summarizes the preference and difference of venture capital project evaluation and bank loan project evaluation. The empirical analysis of this paper divides the listed enterprises with venture capital into two types: bank loan and non-bank loan. Using SPSS statistical analysis software, 21 indicators are tested by paired sample T test and correlation test. Finally, 11 indexes are selected for binary Logistic regression analysis, and 7 indexes are obtained to judge the validity of bank loans. The empirical analysis reveals the indicators concerned by the current evaluation system of bank loan projects and verifies the hypotheses and comparative research results of this paper. It provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of loan evaluation system of small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic emerging industries of banks. This paper finally gives some suggestions to improve the evaluation system of SME loan projects in the strategic emerging industries of banks, analyzes the shortcomings of this study, and looks forward to the future research direction. The main innovation of this paper is: 1) this paper makes the first comparative study of venture capital project evaluation system and bank loan project evaluation system. The empirical analysis of this paper introduces the intangible assets index. 4) according to the results of comparative research and empirical analysis, From the historical evolution, entrepreneur quality, industry, technical level, business model and financial data, this paper gives some suggestions for improving the loan project evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic emerging industries of banks.
