國內(nèi)外眾籌發(fā)展的對比分析

【摘要】:眾籌作為全新的融資模式在我國尚處于起步階段,仍處在探索和完善的過程中。在國外,眾籌融資模式已有相當(dāng)規(guī)模,處于快速發(fā)展階段。本文以Kickstarter平臺(tái)為例,分析美國眾籌融資發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對其項(xiàng)目發(fā)起流程和平臺(tái)運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行深度解析,并與國內(nèi)各類眾籌平臺(tái)進(jìn)行對比分析,旨在學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒國外眾籌企業(yè)的運(yùn)營模式,促進(jìn)我國眾籌行業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new financing mode, crowdfunding is still in the process of exploration and perfection. Abroad, crowdfunding model has a considerable scale, in the rapid development stage. Taking the Kickstarter platform as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of crowdfunding in the United States, analyzes the process of project initiation and the operation mode of the platform in depth, and makes a comparative analysis with all kinds of crowdfunding platforms in China in order to learn. Learn from the operation mode of foreign crowdfunding enterprises, promote the further development of China's crowdfunding industry.
