【摘要】:正一、多元化定義國外學(xué)者對(duì)于多元化經(jīng)營的研究是比較廣泛的,原因就是多元化是企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略行為。早期的學(xué)者都普遍接受了美國學(xué)者安索夫(Ansoff,1957)定義的多元化經(jīng)營概念,"用新的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)新的市場"是安索夫在《多元化戰(zhàn)略》一文中提出多元化理論。彭羅斯(Penrose,1959)、魯梅爾特(Rumelt,1974)對(duì)于多元化經(jīng)營的定義進(jìn)一步加深。企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大最為重要的一種戰(zhàn)略就是實(shí)施多元化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。多元化的經(jīng)營,一方面可以實(shí)現(xiàn)"東方
