【摘要】：本文分析信貸資產(chǎn)證券化過(guò)程中,處于資金流向重要地位的銀行與處于核心層的信托機(jī)構(gòu)之間的二維博弈,在一定的約束條件下確定信托機(jī)構(gòu)最優(yōu)努力水平,并進(jìn)一步確定銀行和信托機(jī)構(gòu)的最優(yōu)收益分配。
[Abstract]:In the process of credit asset securitization, this paper analyzes the two-dimensional game between the bank in the important position of capital flow and the trust institution at the core level, and determines the optimal level of effort of the trust institution under certain constraints. And further determine the optimal income distribution of banks and trust institutions.
