【摘要】：對(duì)錯(cuò)盤交易(俗稱"烏龍指")關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)應(yīng)是交易主體應(yīng)對(duì)錯(cuò)盤的方案和行動(dòng)。本文以錯(cuò)盤交易后交易員應(yīng)對(duì)處理的行為動(dòng)機(jī)為研究重點(diǎn),通過建立震懾變量、內(nèi)驅(qū)變量、行為趨向及主觀認(rèn)知四大指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,通過對(duì)樣本總體進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析及描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出結(jié)論:與利益誘導(dǎo)及從眾心態(tài)等因素相比,交易員對(duì)于行業(yè)信譽(yù)與信息披露,尤其是懲戒力度、監(jiān)控力度等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本更為敏感。因此建議改善監(jiān)管層面的制度性缺陷,如制定嚴(yán)密的監(jiān)控程序、強(qiáng)化查處及懲戒力度,以及完善信息披露等,從而有效地弱化機(jī)構(gòu)交易員錯(cuò)盤后實(shí)施違法交易的行為傾向。
[Abstract]:The focus of right-and-wrong trading (commonly known as "Oulong") should be the scheme and action of dealing with wrong trades. This paper focuses on the behavioral motivation of dealing with traders after the wrong trading, through the establishment of shock and awe variables, internal displacement variables, behavior trends and subjective cognition of four index systems for empirical research. Through the correlation analysis and descriptive statistical analysis of the sample population, it is concluded that, compared with the factors such as interest induction and herd mentality, the traders' reputation and information disclosure, especially the degree of punishment, for the industry, Monitoring and other risk costs are more sensitive. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the institutional defects in the regulatory level, such as establishing strict monitoring procedures, strengthening investigation and punishment, and perfecting information disclosure, so as to effectively weaken the tendency of institutional traders to carry out illegal trading after wrong trading.
