【摘要】：1979年,改革開發(fā)以后,信托正式進入中國。先后經(jīng)歷了探索、準備、崛起的三個階段,可以說,其發(fā)展并不是一帆風順的,這里面充滿了坎坷與辛酸,充滿了失敗與總結,但也正是因為如此,才讓中國信托業(yè)現(xiàn)在的輝煌格外令人矚目。 從最開始的懵懂無知,在黑暗里摸索前行,到現(xiàn)在的老謀深算,昂首闊步向前去,可以說,中國信托業(yè)的發(fā)展就是一部中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展史。在經(jīng)過多次整頓之后,各種有關信托的法律法規(guī)的陸續(xù)出臺,監(jiān)管制度的不斷完善,也讓中國信托業(yè)逐步走上了正規(guī)化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展之路。 隨著各地越來越多的信托公司不斷建立,不同種類的信托產(chǎn)品多如牛毛,其種類更是五花八門,令人目不暇接。特別是2007年以后,信托業(yè)更是呈現(xiàn)出爆發(fā)式的增長,也為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供了強有力的動力。 在這期間,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批優(yōu)秀的信托公司,包括中鐵信托、中融信托、中信信托、外貿(mào)信托、平安信托、中誠信托、華信信托等多家有名的信托投資公司。而中鐵信托就是這些優(yōu)秀信托公司中的重要一員。這也是為什么我會選取中鐵信托作為本論文研究對象的原因之一。 中鐵信托有限責任公司,原名衡平信托有限責任公司,在2008年12月,經(jīng)四川銀監(jiān)局批準,正式更名為中鐵信托。 中鐵信托先后在2010年、2011年、2012年里,獲得“中國優(yōu)秀信托公司”稱號,成為全國唯一六家連續(xù)三年蟬聯(lián)該稱號的信托公司之一。近年來,還先后獲得“年度優(yōu)秀信托品牌”、“年度最佳理財服務品牌”、“最佳研發(fā)團隊”、“年度最佳信托公司”、“年度最佳理財服務品牌”、“優(yōu)秀理財管理團隊”等多項榮譽。 秉著“穩(wěn)健、進取、合作共贏”的企業(yè)精神,“創(chuàng)新、服務、可持續(xù)”的經(jīng)營理念,“信任、專業(yè)、價值”的市場觀,中鐵信托始終貫穿落實“信任源于專業(yè),專業(yè)創(chuàng)造價值”的服務宗旨,始終銘記使命、珍惜托付,竭誠為廣大投資者提供專業(yè)的理財服務,更是發(fā)展成為了中國近年來信托業(yè)的翹楚。 本論文之所以選中鐵信托作為研究對象,一方面是因為中鐵信托是中國近年來信托發(fā)展的翹楚,另一方面是因為我在2012年到2013年期間,曾在中鐵信托進行了為期三個月的實習,對于中鐵的發(fā)展及問題,我也有所體會,加上信托業(yè)本身就是一個非常熱門而且值得研究的話題,這也讓我的選題更加接近現(xiàn)實并有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文首先對中國信托業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程做了一個簡要的總結歸納,接著,對中鐵信托做一個簡單的介紹和梳理,然后,從2012年中鐵信托的信托項目銷售情況著手,從內(nèi)部管理的角度出發(fā),對中鐵信托的成功和目前存在的問題做一個分析歸納,最后,相應的給出解決建議。 我相信,這對于中鐵信托未來的發(fā)展甚至是中國信托公司未來的內(nèi)部管理都有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義和研究價值。
[Abstract]:In 1979, after reform and development, trust formally entered China.Through the three stages of exploration, preparation and rise, it can be said that its development is not smooth sailing. It is full of ups and downs, full of failures and summations, but it is precisely because of this.So that China's trust industry is particularly brilliant now.From the initial ignorance, in the dark groping ahead, to the present thinking, swagger forward, it can be said that the development of China's trust industry is a history of China's economic development.After many rectifications, various laws and regulations concerning trust have been issued one after another, and the supervision system has been perfected, which has also made the trust industry of China step by step on the road of formalization and specialization.As more and more trust companies are established, there are many different kinds of trust products.Especially after 2007, the trust industry is showing explosive growth, and also provides a powerful impetus for China's economic development.During this period, a large number of outstanding trust companies emerged, including China Railway Trust, China Finance Trust, CITIC Trust, Foreign Trade Trust, Ping an Trust, Chinese Credit Trust, Huaxin Trust and many other famous trust and investment companies.And China Railway Trust is an important member of these excellent trust companies.This is one of the reasons why I choose China Railway Trust as the object of this thesis.China Railway Trust Co., Ltd., formerly known as Heng Ping Trust Co., Ltd. was officially renamed China Railway Trust by Sichuan Banking Regulatory Bureau in December 2008.China Railway Trust won the title of "China excellent Trust Company" in 2010, 2011 and 2012, becoming one of the only six trust companies to win the title for three consecutive years.In recent years, it has been awarded "Best Trust Brand of the year", "Best Financial Services Brand of the year", "Best R & D team", "Best Trust Company of the year", "Best Financial Services Brand of the year","excellent financial management team" and many other honors.With the enterprise spirit of "steady, enterprising, cooperation and win-win", the business philosophy of "innovation, service and sustainability" and the market view of "trust, specialty and value", the trust of China Railway always runs through the implementation of "trust comes from professional".Professional value creation "service purpose, always bearing in mind the mission, cherish the trust, dedicated to provide professional financial services for the majority of investors, but also developed into the trust industry in China in recent years."The reason why this thesis chooses the Iron Trust as the research object is that the China Railway Trust is the leader of the trust development in China in recent years, and on the other hand, I had a three-month internship at the China Railway Trust between 2012 and 2013.For the development and problems of China Railway, I also have some experience, plus the trust industry itself is a very hot and worthy of study topic, which also makes my topic closer to reality and has certain practical significance.This paper first makes a brief summary of the development of the trust industry in China, then introduces and combs the trust of China Railway, and then starts with the sales of the trust project of China Railway Trust in 2012.From the perspective of internal management, this paper makes an analysis and induction of the success of China Railway Trust and the existing problems, and finally, gives corresponding suggestions to solve the problems.I believe that this has important practical significance and research value for the future development of China Railway Trust and even the future internal management of China Trust Company.
