【摘要】：在研究公共租賃住房政策績(jī)效內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,確定公共租賃住房政策績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)專家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,構(gòu)建基于變異系數(shù)賦權(quán)法的公共租賃住房政策綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。選擇重慶、深圳、杭州三個(gè)城市對(duì)公共租賃住房政策績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)三個(gè)城市的數(shù)據(jù)分析比較,得出實(shí)證分析結(jié)論與政策性建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying the connotation of public rental housing policy performance, the index system of public rental housing policy performance evaluation is determined, and the index is screened by expert questionnaire. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of public rental housing policy based on the method of coefficient of variation, selects Chongqing, Shenzhen and Hangzhou to carry on the empirical analysis to the public rental housing policy performance evaluation system, and analyzes and compares the data of the three cities. Conclusions of empirical analysis and policy recommendations.
