【摘要】：在我國(guó),活躍著眾多的中小企業(yè),它們隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著越來越關(guān)鍵的作用,根據(jù)測(cè)算,全國(guó)大概有65%的發(fā)明專利、80%以上的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以及約75%以上的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是由中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)造的,因此中小企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展也越來越受到全社會(huì)的關(guān)注與重視,這其中中小企業(yè)融資狀況更是備受關(guān)注。因此本文主要是通過對(duì)浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行中小企業(yè)融資狀況的研究,提出現(xiàn)有模式的不足,同時(shí)通過借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的優(yōu)秀理論,提出針對(duì)浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行中小企業(yè)融資情況中存在問題的解決方案。希望通過我的研究能為浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行更好的發(fā)展中小企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)提供一定的參考依據(jù)。 本文按照以下的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行闡述。首先是引言部分,主要涵蓋了選題背景和選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況、研究的目的、研究的方法和研究的思路以及文章的整體架構(gòu)；其次是闡述浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行中小企業(yè)目前的融資狀況,主要介紹浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行現(xiàn)有的融資情況；接著是分析浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行中小企業(yè)融資情況存在的問題及產(chǎn)生原因,為下一步提出解決策略提供分析基礎(chǔ)；再接著是提出浦發(fā)銀行呼和浩特分行完善中小企業(yè)融資模式的幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策,即對(duì)于現(xiàn)有融資現(xiàn)狀分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出有針對(duì)性的解決對(duì)策；最后是結(jié)論部分。
[Abstract]:In China, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises are active, they are playing a more and more critical role with the development of our country's economy, according to the calculation, More than 80% of new product development and more than 75% technological innovations are created by small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Therefore, the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are paid more and more attention to by the whole society. Therefore, this paper mainly through the research on the financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hohhot Branch of Shanghai Development Bank, puts forward the deficiency of the existing model, and at the same time, by drawing lessons from the excellent theories at home and abroad, This paper puts forward a solution to the problems existing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hohhot Branch of Shanghai Development Bank, and hopes that my research can provide a certain reference basis for the better development of SME business in Hohhot Branch of Shanghai Development Bank. This paper is described according to the following structure. Firstly, it is the introduction part, which mainly covers the background and significance of the selected topic, the domestic and foreign research situation, the purpose of the research, the research method and the train of thought, as well as the whole structure of the article. Secondly, it describes the current financing situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Hohhot Branch, mainly introduces the existing financing situation of Huhehaote Branch of Pudong Development Bank. Then it analyzes the existing problems and causes of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hohhot Branch of Pudong Development Bank, and provides the analysis basis for the next step to put forward the solution strategy. Then it puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the financing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huhehaote Branch of Pudong Development Bank, that is, to solve the problems found by the analysis of the present financing situation, and finally to put forward some countermeasures; finally, it is the conclusion part.
