【摘要】：正英國《金融時報》12月7日援引數(shù)據(jù)供應商e Vestment的數(shù)據(jù),稱今年三季度海灣國家主權(quán)財富基金已經(jīng)撤資了190億美元。油價下跌,快要跌穿產(chǎn)油國的心理承受能力了。即使是富有的海灣產(chǎn)油國,為了平衡國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟壓力,也不得不動用主權(quán)基金中的資金,回援國內(nèi)。保守估計,已有上千億美元的海灣國家主權(quán)資金撤離了海外資本市場,而這引發(fā)了一系列的連鎖反應。
