同森集團績效管理流程設計研究

【摘要】:房地產市場受最近幾年調控政策的影響壓力越來越大,房企之間的競爭也愈演愈烈,而人才的競爭是其核心。目前,很多房企出現(xiàn)人才質量低下、專業(yè)人才缺乏、新老人才斷層、流失率較大等人力資源管理問題,這些問題如果不及時解決,將給企業(yè)帶來嚴重的后果。而通過科學的績效管理,可以將這些問題更有效的解決?冃Ч芾聿坏箚T工自我的價值得到體現(xiàn),更重要的是發(fā)現(xiàn)人才、培養(yǎng)人才、發(fā)展人才的作用,一個企業(yè)無論大小,要想發(fā)展壯大、成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀企業(yè),必須要用發(fā)展的眼光來審視此類問題,必須要建立一個積極有效的績效管理方案,在管理思想、手段、方式等方面要有大的突破和改革。本文首先介紹了本文的研究的背景及意義,研究的內容、方法及預計目標、國內外研究綜述、相關理論基礎等。在此基礎上,提出同森集團績效管理現(xiàn)狀分析,包括集團簡介、集團員工年齡結構情況、學歷與專業(yè)情況、技能與等級情況,并識別同森集團在員工績效管理過程中存在的一些關鍵問題,根據同森集團員工現(xiàn)狀和問題分析,有針對性的解決績效管理問題,并用科學的方法建立、完善和優(yōu)化同森集團績效管理體系。
[Abstract]:The real estate market has been under increasing pressure from regulatory policies in recent years, and competition among housing enterprises has intensified, and the competition for talents is the core. At present, many housing enterprises have low quality of talents and lack of professional talents. Human resources management problems such as new and old talents fault, large wastage rate and so on, if these problems are not solved in time, they will bring serious consequences to enterprises. And through scientific performance management, We can solve these problems more effectively. Performance management not only reflects the self-worth of employees, but also finds, trains and develops talents. An enterprise, large or small, wants to grow and grow. To become an excellent enterprise of sustainable development, we must look at such problems from the perspective of development, must establish an active and effective performance management scheme, in the management of ideas, means, This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, the contents, methods and expected objectives of the research, the domestic and foreign research review, the relevant theoretical basis, etc. This paper puts forward the analysis of the present situation of performance management in Tongsen Group, including the brief introduction of the Group, the age structure of the employees, the educational background and professional background, the skills and the rank, and identifies some key problems existing in the process of the performance management of the employees in Tongsen Group. According to the analysis of the present situation and problems of the employees of Tongsen Group, the paper solves the problem of performance management, and establishes, perfects and optimizes the performance management system of Tongsen Group by scientific methods.
