【摘要】：近年來(lái)非洲大陸吸引外資的能力愈發(fā)引人注目,除卻發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家歷史上就與非洲有著較多的貿(mào)易和投資的往來(lái)之外,中國(guó)在這片豐饒的大陸上的身影愈發(fā)清晰,不容忽視。中國(guó)對(duì)非洲的直接投資凈額保持著高速的增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),加上中國(guó)特殊的國(guó)情和制度,引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)中國(guó)在非洲投資行為的關(guān)注。然而,目前大多數(shù)研究中國(guó)在非洲直接投資的文章集中在理論層面,實(shí)證方面的文章相對(duì)缺乏,本文試圖在實(shí)證分析方面進(jìn)行嘗試。 通過(guò)對(duì)中非關(guān)系的勾勒、中國(guó)對(duì)非洲直接投資現(xiàn)狀的描述、中國(guó)對(duì)非洲直接投資的動(dòng)因和影響的理論分析,本文把中國(guó)在非洲直接投資的影響因素分為了市場(chǎng)、貿(mào)易、資源和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等四個(gè)方面,選取了33個(gè)非洲國(guó)家作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型來(lái)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,對(duì)中國(guó)在非洲直接投資影響最大的是資源、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等因素,但是能源越豐富的國(guó)家(地區(qū))能夠吸引到的中國(guó)投資越少,同樣的,腐敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的國(guó)家(地區(qū))來(lái)自中國(guó)的投資較多,社會(huì)緊張局勢(shì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的國(guó)家(地區(qū))則阻礙中國(guó)對(duì)其進(jìn)行投資。
[Abstract]:The continent's ability to attract foreign investment has grown in recent years, and China's presence on the rich continent has become clearer, in addition to the rich world's historical trade and investment ties with Africa. China's net direct investment in Africa has maintained a rapid growth trend, coupled with China's special national conditions and systems, has aroused the attention of domestic and foreign scholars on China's investment behavior in Africa. At present, most of the articles on China's direct investment in Africa focus on the theoretical level, but the empirical articles are relatively lacking. This paper attempts to try in the empirical analysis. Through the outline of China-Africa relations, the description of the current situation of China's direct investment in Africa, the theoretical analysis of the motivation and impact of China's direct investment in Africa. In this paper, the influence factors of China's direct investment in Africa are divided into four aspects: market, trade, resources and risk, and 33 African countries are selected as the research objects. Empirical results show that China's direct investment in Africa has the greatest impact on resources, risk and other factors. But the more energy-rich countries (regions) can attract less Chinese investment, similarly, the higher the risk of corruption countries (regions) from China to invest more. Countries with higher social tensions are deterring China from investing in them.
