【摘要】：本文結合全球債券市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對美國、歐洲評級行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況進行梳理與總結,對國際評級機構開展評級的情況進行了統(tǒng)計,并對信用評級行業(yè)的國際監(jiān)管動態(tài)加以持續(xù)關注。國際上對評級行業(yè)的監(jiān)管呈現(xiàn)出加強評級機構的內(nèi)部管控、強化法律責任追究和繼續(xù)完善監(jiān)管規(guī)范的態(tài)勢,未來仍將對風險管理、評級程序調查等多方面加強監(jiān)管,對評級行業(yè)監(jiān)管將更趨嚴格和規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development of the global bond market in the United States, Europe, the development of the rating industry to comb and summarize, the international rating agencies carried out the status of rating statistics. And continue to pay attention to the international regulatory trends of the credit rating industry. The international supervision of the rating industry presents a situation of strengthening the internal control of rating agencies, strengthening legal accountability and continuing to improve regulatory norms. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the supervision of risk management, rating process investigation and other aspects, and the regulation of the rating industry will become more stringent and standardized.
