【摘要】：正根據(jù)住建部《關(guān)于建立全國房地產(chǎn)交易信息日?qǐng)?bào)制度的通知》(建房〔2015〕55號(hào))文件要求,為加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理、規(guī)范存量房交易行為、保障存量房交易資金安全、維護(hù)當(dāng)事人合法權(quán)益,鎮(zhèn)江市住建局及時(shí)發(fā)文積極推進(jìn)存量房網(wǎng)上備案工作,局房產(chǎn)處負(fù)責(zé)行政監(jiān)管及協(xié)調(diào)處理,鎮(zhèn)江市房產(chǎn)登記管理中心負(fù)責(zé)具體工作實(shí)施并構(gòu)建全市統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)上簽約備案系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:According to the notice of the Ministry of housing is > < on the establishment of the national real estate transaction information system daily (the building 2015 No. 55) documentation requirements, in order to strengthen the management of the real estate market, standardize the housing stock transactions, guarantee the housing stock transaction security funds, safeguard the legitimate interests of the parties, the Zhenjiang Municipal Housing Bureau to actively promote the stock timely dispatch the real online filing, real estate bureau is responsible for the administrative supervision and coordination with the Zhenjiang City real estate registration management center is responsible for the specific work to implement and build the city's unified contract online filing system platform.
