【摘要】：利用供給和需求模型,對安徽省房地產(chǎn)價格的影響因素的分析,利用Eviews軟件對安徽省的生產(chǎn)總值、戶籍人口、房地產(chǎn)景氣指數(shù)等影響因素的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證分析,得到安徽省房地產(chǎn)價格的最主要的決定因素,安徽省的生產(chǎn)總值和房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)投資額,并以此給出安徽省房價調(diào)控的相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:The supply and demand model, analyzing the influencing factors of real estate price in Anhui Province, using Eviews software to the Anhui province's GDP, population, real estate boom index factors such as historical data for empirical analysis, get the main determinants of real estate price in Anhui Province, Anhui province's GDP and the investment of real estate development, and thus give the corresponding suggestions of price control in Anhui province.
