【摘要】:數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為一種重要的生產(chǎn)資源,大數(shù)據(jù)作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè),其自身的發(fā)展能夠帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),同時(shí)可以通過(guò)“數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)”的方式推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展具有重要的意義。但是大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是近幾年提出來(lái)的新概念,相關(guān)研究目前還不完善,對(duì)于大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的方面研究比較少,也未能有學(xué)者構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)地大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)了一條與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)并不相似的發(fā)展路徑:在產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱的貴州省,大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛。由此可以見(jiàn),大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)可能與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)有著不同的發(fā)展影響因素。本文首先分析了大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的關(guān)系以及大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)形成的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,界定了本文的研究對(duì)象。在新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征,對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行了深入的分析,從技術(shù)因素、人才因素、資金資本因素、商業(yè)模式因素、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模因素、政策環(huán)境因素以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素等7個(gè)方面建立了大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)影響因素的指標(biāo)體系。再次,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷方式調(diào)研了大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的從業(yè)或者研究人員獲得數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析的方法,提取了三個(gè)公共因子,分別是內(nèi)在價(jià)值因子、外部環(huán)境因子以及產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)因子。并且根據(jù)因子得分得到了我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,按照其重要程度依次是技術(shù)因素、高端人才因素、商業(yè)模式因素、資金資本因素以及政策環(huán)境因素,而基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素和市場(chǎng)規(guī)模因素我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展影響比較小。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)而言,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素和市場(chǎng)規(guī)模因素對(duì)于大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要作用并未體現(xiàn),可能的原因是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)能夠大大降低時(shí)空成本,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條在空間上的分布比較松散,對(duì)于大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起支撐作用的產(chǎn)業(yè)可以分布在不同的地方,因此,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素對(duì)于大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展影響的作用被弱化了;大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品是知識(shí)而非物理形態(tài)的產(chǎn)品,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的運(yùn)輸,市場(chǎng)邊界極大程度地?cái)U(kuò)大了,市場(chǎng)因素不再是決定大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的關(guān)鍵因素。接下來(lái),根據(jù)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素對(duì)比分析得出,國(guó)內(nèi)外大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的有共同的影響因素:大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)研發(fā)、大數(shù)據(jù)資本投入、大數(shù)據(jù)人才的培養(yǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用、大數(shù)據(jù)交易平臺(tái)、國(guó)家層面的大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、數(shù)據(jù)隱私保護(hù)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)以及政府大數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放力度。貴州省能夠發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅僅是憑借著能源和地理優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)抓住了以上大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵影響因素,這對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)落后的區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展有一定的啟示作用。最后,基于前面的分析結(jié)果,針對(duì)我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的5項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵影響因素提出針對(duì)性的建議,并指出本文的不足之處和研究展望。
[Abstract]:Data has become an important production resource. Big data, as a new industry, can promote economic growth by its own development and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries by means of "data-driven". However, big data industry is a new concept put forward in recent years. The related research is not perfect at present, and there is little research on the influencing factors of big data industry development. No scholars have been able to establish a systematic evaluation index system for the factors affecting big data's industrial development. At the same time, big data industry in China has presented a development path that is not similar to that of traditional industries: in Guizhou Province, where the industrial base is weak, Big data's industry is developing rapidly. From this, we can see that big data industry may have different factors affecting the development of traditional industries. This paper first analyzes the relationship between big data, cloud computing and the Internet of things, as well as the internal mechanism of the formation of big data industry. On the basis of the theory of the influencing factors of the development of emerging industries, combined with the characteristics of big data industry, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the industrial development of big data, from the technical factors, talent factors, Capital factor, business model factor, market scale factor, policy environment factor and infrastructure factor, etc., have established the index system of big data industry development factor. Again, Through the questionnaire survey of big data industry related practitioners or researchers to obtain data, using factor analysis method, extracted three common factors, one is the intrinsic value factor. According to the factor score, we get the index weight of the influencing factors of big data's industrial development. The empirical results show that: for the industrial development of big data in China, According to the degree of importance, they are technological factors, high-end talent factors, business model factors, capital factors and policy environment factors. However, the infrastructure factors and market scale factors have little influence on the development of big data industry in China. Compared with the traditional industries, infrastructure factors and market scale factors do not reflect the important role of the infrastructure factors and market scale factors in the industrial development of big data. The possible reason is that the Internet can greatly reduce the space-time cost, the industrial chain is relatively loose in space, and the industries that play a supporting role in the development of big data's industry can be distributed in different places. The role of infrastructure factors in the development of big data's industry has been weakened; big data's products are products of knowledge rather than physical form, and the market boundaries have been greatly expanded through the transportation of the Internet. Market factors are no longer the key factors that determine big data's industrial agglomeration. Next, according to the comparative analysis of the influencing factors on the industrial development of big data, it is concluded that there are common influencing factors in the industrial development of big data at home and abroad: the technological research and development of big data. Big data's investment in capital, the cultivation of talent for big data, the application of big data's products, the trade platform of big data, and the industrial policy at the national level. The laws and regulations related to the protection of data privacy and the opening up of big data, the government. Guizhou Province can not only rely on its energy and geographical advantages, but also grasp the key factors that affect the development of the big data industry. Finally, based on the above analysis results, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on the five key factors affecting the industrial development of big data in China. And points out the deficiency and research prospect of this paper.
