【摘要】：近年來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)超越傳統(tǒng)媒體,成為最主要的信息交流平臺(tái)。以美國(guó)為首的西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家利用資源、技術(shù)等優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向其他國(guó)家積極開(kāi)展?jié)B透,企圖擾亂社會(huì)秩序、顛覆國(guó)家政權(quán),對(duì)國(guó)家安全造成巨大的威脅。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)滲透的不斷升級(jí),各國(guó)已對(duì)于非傳統(tǒng)安全范疇內(nèi)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全有了相對(duì)清晰的認(rèn)知,并積極探索、開(kāi)展有效的防范手段,在尊重網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)行保護(hù)國(guó)家安全的"網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Internet has surpassed the traditional media and become the most important information exchange platform. Western developed countries, led by the United States, have made use of the advantages of resources and technology to actively infiltrate other countries through the Internet. Attempts to disrupt social order, subvert the state power, pose a huge threat to national security. With the continuous escalation of network penetration, countries have a relatively clear understanding of network security in the non-traditional security category. And actively explore, carry out effective preventive measures, and implement the "network control" to protect national security on the basis of respecting the freedom of the network.
