【摘要】：摘要：現(xiàn)金流分析是項目投資決策過程中最為關(guān)鍵的財務(wù)評價指標(biāo)之一,也是難點。本文就目前投資項目現(xiàn)金流量估算方法上存在著某些缺陷的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),提出對項目折現(xiàn)率、固定資產(chǎn)和無形資產(chǎn)的計提基礎(chǔ)及折舊攤銷進行修正處理,使投資項目現(xiàn)金流估算更為科學(xué),更為合理,并以RN通信股份有限公司的高新通信基站項目為案例進行估算和驗證。 各章節(jié)內(nèi)容為：第一章闡述論文研究背景及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；第二章提出傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)金流估算方法的問題及修正處理方法；第三章詳述了RN公司高新通信基站項目現(xiàn)金流的傳統(tǒng)計算；第四章是對相關(guān)指標(biāo)進行修正處理并對項目現(xiàn)金流計算進行驗證；第五章基于項目現(xiàn)金流的分析結(jié)果對項目進行評價；第六章是研究結(jié)論和展望。 本文的主要工作包括：(1)運用資本資產(chǎn)定價模型和企業(yè)綜合資本成本定價模型對投資項目現(xiàn)金折現(xiàn)率進行確定,替代了傳統(tǒng)計算方法下簡單采用行業(yè)平均折現(xiàn)率；(2)考慮時間價值因素對固定資產(chǎn)和無形資產(chǎn)的計提基礎(chǔ)進行修正,效仿投資年金回收系數(shù)原理對長期資產(chǎn)的折現(xiàn)和攤銷進行重新估算,避免出現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)方法下無法完整彌補長期資產(chǎn)投資的現(xiàn)狀；(3)對項目現(xiàn)金流情況與企業(yè)上市融資時點的關(guān)系進行了探討,并據(jù)以對RN公司上市時點的選擇提出了相關(guān)建議。通過本文的研究,有利于對進一步完善現(xiàn)行現(xiàn)金流分析模型,也有利于進一步加強RN通信股份有限公司擬投資項目決策的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: cash flow analysis is one of the most important financial evaluation indexes in the process of project investment decision. In order to make the estimation of cash flow of investment project more scientific and reasonable, it is proposed to revise the project discount rate, the basis of fixed assets and intangible assets and the depreciation and amortization. And RN Communications Co., Ltd. high-tech communication base station project as a case to estimate and verify. The contents of each chapter are as follows: the first chapter describes the background of the thesis and the current research situation at home and abroad; In the second chapter, the problem of the traditional cash flow estimation method and the modified method are put forward. In the third chapter, the traditional calculation of cash flow of high and new communication base station project of RN company is described in detail. Chapter 4th is to modify the relevant indicators and verify the calculation of project cash flow; Chapter 5th evaluates the project based on the results of project cash flow analysis; Chapter 6th is the conclusion and prospect of the research. The main work of this paper includes: (1) using the capital asset pricing model and the enterprise comprehensive capital cost pricing model to determine the cash discount rate of investment projects. It replaces the traditional calculation method and simply adopts the average discount rate of the industry. Second, taking into account the time value factor to revise the basis of fixed assets and intangible assets, and emulate the principle of return coefficient of investment annuity to reestimate the discounted and amortized long-term assets. Avoid the traditional method can not make up for the status quo of long-term asset investment; The paper discusses the relationship between the cash flow of the project and the time point of enterprise's listing and puts forward some suggestions on the choice of the point of listing of RN company. It is beneficial to further improve the current cash flow analysis model and to further strengthen the scientific decision of the investment project of RN Communication Co., Ltd.
