【摘要】:中國(guó)電信業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),有力地帶動(dòng)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步。本文主要利用投入產(chǎn)出技術(shù)對(duì)中國(guó)電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行相關(guān)測(cè)算。 首先,本文概述了選題背景和意義,對(duì)電信業(yè)及帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)的概念進(jìn)行了界定,提出了本文的研究思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)理論和電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理和綜述。 其次,介紹投入產(chǎn)出方法的基本原理、傳統(tǒng)投入產(chǎn)出模型和產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)的測(cè)算方法。分析傳統(tǒng)投入產(chǎn)出方法的不足并針對(duì)這些不足之處對(duì)模型做出相應(yīng)的處理和改進(jìn),提出改進(jìn)后的模型及公式。 最后,對(duì)中國(guó)電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行測(cè)算和總結(jié)。這部分包括分析電信業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選擇和調(diào)整投入產(chǎn)出表,應(yīng)用改進(jìn)后的模型和公式測(cè)算電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)本文的測(cè)算方法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)主要研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 本文研究的主要結(jié)論有:2007年我國(guó)電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)系數(shù)為2.27,2012年為3.95,其增長(zhǎng)率高居各部門(mén)榜首,達(dá)到73.94%;2007-2012年電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)及其各部門(mén)的產(chǎn)出絕對(duì)貢獻(xiàn)都有飛速的增長(zhǎng),其中帶動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備制造業(yè)最多,相對(duì)貢獻(xiàn)也有一定的增長(zhǎng)但不是很突出;2007-2012年電信業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)及其各部門(mén)增加值的絕對(duì)貢獻(xiàn)都有普遍的大幅度的增長(zhǎng),相對(duì)貢獻(xiàn)增長(zhǎng)程度不高。一方面表明我國(guó)電信業(yè)與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門(mén)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益密切,一方面表明我國(guó)電信業(yè)還有可提升的空間,還需要進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。 本文的主要新意:一是針對(duì)居民部門(mén)、進(jìn)口項(xiàng)和產(chǎn)出角度三個(gè)方面對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的投入產(chǎn)出模型進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)改進(jìn),提出了改進(jìn)后的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)模型;二是構(gòu)建了2012年中國(guó)投入產(chǎn)出表基本流量表。
[Abstract]:As the basic, strategic and leading industry of the national economy, China's telecommunications industry. This paper mainly uses input-output technology to measure the contribution of Chinese telecommunication industry to the national economy. First of all, this paper outlines the background and significance of the topic, and defines the concept of telecommunications industry and driving contribution. This paper puts forward the research ideas and innovation points of this paper, and summarizes the relevant literature on the theory of industrial relevance and the contribution of telecommunications to the national economy. Secondly, the basic principle of input-output method is introduced. The traditional input-output model and the measurement method of industry-driven contribution are analyzed, and the corresponding treatment and improvement of these input-output methods are made, and the improved model and formula are put forward. Finally, the contribution of China's telecommunications industry to the national economy is measured and summarized. This part includes the analysis of the current situation of the telecommunications industry, selection and adjustment of input-output tables. Applying the improved model and formula to estimate the contribution of telecommunication industry to the national economy, this paper evaluates the calculation methods and summarizes the main research conclusions. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: in 2007, the industrial driving coefficient of China's telecommunications industry to the national economy was 2.27, and in 2012 it was 3.95. Its growth rate was the highest in all departments. 73.94; From 2007 to 2012, the absolute contribution of telecommunication industry to the national economy and its various sectors has increased rapidly, among which the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is the most driven, and the relative contribution has a certain growth, but not very prominent; Between 2007 and 2012, the absolute contribution of the telecommunications industry to the national economy and its various sectors increased substantially. The relative contribution growth degree is not high. On the one hand, it indicates that the technical and economic relationship between China's telecom industry and various sectors of the national economy is increasingly close; on the other hand, it indicates that China's telecommunications industry still has room for improvement and needs further development. The main new ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, the traditional input-output model is improved from the aspects of resident department, import item and output angle, and the improved industry-driven model is put forward. The second is to construct the basic flow table of China's input-output table in 2012.
