摘要：

企業(yè)發(fā)展追求的目標就是創(chuàng)造企業(yè)價值最大化，經(jīng)濟效益最大化。提高經(jīng)濟效益是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動的核心部分，，是企業(yè)發(fā)展的靈魂。而經(jīng)濟效益的提升都是通過企業(yè)財務系統(tǒng)來體現(xiàn)的，企業(yè)又通過財務管理實現(xiàn)和達成對企業(yè)資源的最優(yōu)化配置，以促進企業(yè)正常的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動。本文主要論述了財務管理的前提及加強財務管理的途徑。

Abstract： 

The goal of the development of enterprise is to create maximum value and economic efficiency. Increasing economic efficiency is the core of enterprise's production and management activities, and is the soul of enterprise development. Economic efficiency is achieved by corporate financial system, and the enterprise reaches the optimal allocation of the resources through financial management, to promote normal production and operation activities of the enterprises. This article mainly discusses the premises of financial management and the way to strengthen financial management.
