Influence of Human Resource Retaining Practices on the Succe

  目的-人力資源是一個(gè)組織在工作場所執(zhí)行不同活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,沒有這種支持就不能很好地執(zhí)行任務(wù)。人力資源的有效利用可以達(dá)成目標(biāo),而要有效利用人力資源可以通過員工保留的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文從人力資源管理、項(xiàng)目管理、職業(yè)健康安全意識、新技術(shù)適應(yīng)等方面探討了影響項(xiàng)目成功的因素。現(xiàn)狀是,高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目組織的核心員工和人才正在流失。方法-本研究的重點(diǎn)是確定人力資源保留對巴基斯坦卡拉奇-拉合爾高速公路(KLM)項(xiàng)目拉合爾至阿卜杜勒-哈基姆(M3)高速公路成功完工的影響。通過收集參與該項(xiàng)目的104名調(diào)查對象(100名為定量分析,04名為定性分析)。然后利用SPSS軟件中的回歸函數(shù)和變量之間的關(guān)系對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果-通過在SPSS中分析對項(xiàng)目成功的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)03個(gè)變量對項(xiàng)目中人力資源的保留有顯著影響。結(jié)果表明,人力資源管理、項(xiàng)目管理和培訓(xùn)是影響員工保留的主要因素,此外,缺乏人才和對被錄用員工的培訓(xùn)(軟硬技能開發(fā))也具有重要意義。為了改善這一問題,離職面談將有助于關(guān)注離職員工,他們會(huì)提供更有價(jià)值的回應(yīng),以后可以用來留住員工,反之亦然。此外,質(zhì)量管理或監(jiān)督在保留項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場員工方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。再者,對最新...
