【摘要】：在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”浪潮推動(dòng)下,大連這座位于遼東半島南端的沿海濱城也煥發(fā)出新的活力。“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)”已成為大連經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵詞,為大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇。雖然大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,但專(zhuān)門(mén)針對(duì)大連地區(qū)女性創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的學(xué)術(shù)研究屈指可數(shù)。現(xiàn)有的理論基礎(chǔ)還無(wú)法為更廣大的大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供指導(dǎo)借鑒意義。因此,在這樣的背景下對(duì)影響大連地區(qū)女性創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的各項(xiàng)因素進(jìn)行深入的分析研究,從而提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議和政策保障顯得很有必要。本文首先對(duì)研究背景、研究意義和研究目的與內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述;其次對(duì)所研究方向的理論進(jìn)行述評(píng),構(gòu)造本文的研究思路框架;第三,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地訪談等方法對(duì)大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的類(lèi)型與特征進(jìn)行分析;第四,結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和訪談資料總結(jié)大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)面臨的障礙因素;第五,結(jié)合前面的研究,提出對(duì)策建議;第六,總結(jié)研究結(jié)論并進(jìn)行展望。本文在綜合借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外已有研究、查閱企業(yè)文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的類(lèi)型與特征,并結(jié)合調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和訪談材料發(fā)現(xiàn)大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)者在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中遇到創(chuàng)業(yè)資本、個(gè)人能力、傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)規(guī)范和角色定位等方面的障礙�；谏鲜鲅芯拷Y(jié)果,本文針對(duì)大連女性創(chuàng)業(yè)者主要提出以下對(duì)策建議:第一,根據(jù)自身狀況理性創(chuàng)業(yè)、謹(jǐn)慎投資;第二,冷靜看待創(chuàng)業(yè)預(yù)期回報(bào);第三,持續(xù)提高自身綜合素質(zhì);第四,積極適應(yīng)男性創(chuàng)業(yè)規(guī)范;第五,以樂(lè)觀積極的態(tài)度應(yīng)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)偏見(jiàn);第六,積極尋求家庭理解支持。由于篇幅所限,本文所選的受訪創(chuàng)業(yè)女性均來(lái)自大連,可能無(wú)法完全解釋中國(guó)其他城市及其他國(guó)家的女性創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)的特殊問(wèn)題。后續(xù)可以通過(guò)擴(kuò)大研究范圍,在不同類(lèi)型和不同規(guī)模的城市中選取樣本進(jìn)行調(diào)研。

[Abstract]:Driven by the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, Dalian, a coastal city located at the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula, is also radiating new vitality. "Innovation and entrepreneurship" has become the key word of Dalian's economic and social development, which provides unprecedented opportunities for Dalian women to start a business. Although Dalian women's entrepreneurial activities have developed rapidly in recent years, there are only a few academic research on female entrepreneurial activities in Dalian. The existing theoretical basis can not provide guidance for the broader Dalian female entrepreneurs. Therefore, in this context, it is necessary to analyze and study the factors that affect the entrepreneurial activities of women in Dalian, so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and policy guarantees. First of all, this paper expounds the research background, research significance, research purpose and content; secondly, reviews the theory of the research direction, constructs the research train of thought framework of this paper; third, analyzes the types and characteristics of Dalian female entrepreneurship through questionnaire survey, field interview and other methods; fourth, summarizes the obstacles faced by Dalian female entrepreneurship combined with questionnaire survey data and interview data. Fifth, combined with the previous research, put forward countermeasures and suggestions; sixth, summarize the research conclusions and prospect. On the basis of comprehensive reference to existing research at home and abroad, consulting enterprise literature and field interviews, this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of Dalian female entrepreneurship, and finds out the obstacles encountered by Dalian female entrepreneurs in the process of starting a business, such as venture capital, personal ability, traditional social norms and role positioning. Based on the above research results, this paper mainly puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for Dalian female entrepreneurs: first, rational entrepreneurship according to their own situation, cautious investment; second, calm view of entrepreneurial expected return; third, continue to improve their comprehensive quality; fourth, actively adapt to male entrepreneurship norms; fifth, to deal with traditional prejudice with optimistic and positive attitude; sixth, actively seek family understanding support. Due to space constraints, all the entrepreneurial women selected in this paper are from Dalian, which may not fully explain the special problems in the entrepreneurial practice of women in other cities and other countries in China. After that, samples can be selected from different types and sizes of cities by expanding the scope of the study.
