關系收益對關系質量的影響——兼論顧客依戀回避的調節(jié)效應

【摘要】:本文以依戀理論為基礎,將顧客依戀回避作為調節(jié)變量,分析顧客獲取的關系收益與服務企業(yè)形成的關系質量的關系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),顧客依戀回避程度可以調節(jié)關系收益和關系質量的關系,依戀回避程度越高,經濟收益對信任的正向影響越顯著,社會收益對情感承諾的正向影響越顯著,心理收益對信任的正向影響越顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of attachment, this paper takes customer attachment avoidance as a regulating variable, and analyzes the relationship between the relationship income obtained by customers and the relationship quality formed by service enterprises. It is found that the degree of customer attachment avoidance can regulate the relationship between relationship income and relationship quality. The higher the degree of attachment avoidance, the more significant the positive effect of economic income on trust, the more significant the positive effect of social income on emotional commitment, and the more significant the positive effect of psychological income on trust.
