【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)品利潤的壓縮和生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,許多制造業(yè)企業(yè)需要對原有的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,而設(shè)置布置的合理與否會對生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的運行產(chǎn)生長期的影響,有關(guān)布置問題的研究也一直具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文從生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)整體效率的觀點出發(fā),對M公司的生產(chǎn)流程和物流狀況進行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題繼而進行了布置改善、提高效率方面的研究。本文首先介紹了所用的相關(guān)理論,然后分析了M公司的物流狀況,以此確定使用系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(SLP)的方法進行布置改善,產(chǎn)生布置改善方案,并通過人工蜂群算法(ABC)進行布置改善方案的優(yōu)化,再分析對比改善前后、優(yōu)化前后的差異,最后總結(jié)全文,得到本文布置改善的結(jié)論和不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the compression of product profit and the change of production mode, many manufacturing enterprises need to optimize the original production system, and whether the arrangement is reasonable or not will have a long-term impact on the operation of the production system, and the research on layout has always had a broad application prospect. From the point of view of the overall efficiency of the production system, this paper investigates the production process and logistics situation of M Company, and then finds out the problems and then studies the layout improvement and efficiency improvement. In this paper, the related theories are introduced, and then the logistics situation of M company is analyzed, so as to determine the layout improvement by using the method of system layout design (SLP) to produce the layout improvement scheme, and then to optimize the layout improvement scheme through artificial bee swarm algorithm (ABC), and then analyze and compare the differences before and after the improvement, and finally summarize the full text, and get the conclusion and shortcomings of the layout improvement in this paper.
