【摘要】：經(jīng)歷失敗后再次創(chuàng)業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)者,財(cái)務(wù)資金和物質(zhì)資源的相對匱乏,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為了他們搜尋和把握創(chuàng)業(yè)資源的重要途徑。因此,深入分析再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功者社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化規(guī)律,對于幫助后來再創(chuàng)業(yè)者提高成功率至關(guān)重要。本文首先剖析了8個(gè)再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的案例,初步發(fā)現(xiàn)了再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功者社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的規(guī)律。隨后結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)和案例分析結(jié)論,提出10個(gè)研究假設(shè)。并利用SPSS17.0對110份調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,檢驗(yàn)了研究假設(shè),得出了以下研究結(jié)論:(1)從創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗到失敗后復(fù)原階段,社會性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度和非營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度由弱變強(qiáng),商業(yè)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度和營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度由強(qiáng)變?nèi)?從失敗復(fù)原階段到再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功,社會性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度和非營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度由強(qiáng)變?nèi)?商業(yè)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度和營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度由弱變強(qiáng)。(2)從創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗到失敗復(fù)原階段,社會性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和非營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模逐漸擴(kuò)大,商業(yè)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模逐漸縮小;從失敗復(fù)原階段到再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功,社會性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和非營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模逐漸縮小至穩(wěn)定規(guī)模,商業(yè)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模隨著新企業(yè)的發(fā)展不斷擴(kuò)大。(3)從創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗到失敗復(fù)原階段,營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)�；揪S持不變;從失敗復(fù)原階段到再創(chuàng)業(yè)成功,營利支持性網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模隨著新企業(yè)的成長而擴(kuò)大。最后,本文在案例分析和實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和討論,同時(shí)分析和歸納了本文研究的局限和未來展望。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurs who start businesses again after failure are relatively scarce in financial funds and material resources, and social networks have become an important way for them to search for and grasp entrepreneurial resources. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the evolution law of the social network of the successful re-entrepreneurs in order to help the entrepreneurs to improve the success rate. In this paper, eight successful cases of reentrepreneurship are analyzed, and the law of social network evolution of successful restartups is preliminarily found. Then combined with the literature and case analysis conclusions, 10 research hypotheses are put forward. The data of 110 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS17.0, and the research hypotheses were tested, and the following conclusions were drawn: (1) from the failure of entrepreneurship to the recovery stage after failure, The strength of social network and non-profit supporting network changed from weak to strong, and the intensity of commercial network and profit-making supporting network changed from strong to weak. From the stage of failure recovery to the success of re-entrepreneurship, the strength of social network and non-profit support network has changed from strong to weak, and the intensity of commercial network and profit-making support network has changed from weak to strong. (2) from entrepreneurial failure to failed recovery, The scale of social network and non-profit supporting network is gradually expanded, and the scale of commercial network is gradually reduced. From the stage of failure recovery to the success of re-entrepreneurship, the scale of social network and non-profit supporting network is gradually reduced to a stable scale. With the development of new enterprises, the scale of commercial network continues to expand. (3) from the failure of entrepreneurship to the recovery of failure, the scale of profit-making supporting network is basically unchanged; From the stage of failure recovery to the success of re-entrepreneurship, the scale of profit-making supporting network expands with the growth of new enterprises. Finally, on the basis of case analysis and empirical research, this paper summarizes and discusses, and analyzes and summarizes the limitations and future prospects of this study.
