非正式社會(huì)化對(duì)知識(shí)共享影響機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)是一種獨(dú)特的有價(jià)值的關(guān)鍵資源,對(duì)知識(shí)的管理和有效利用對(duì)于增強(qiáng)組織核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著至關(guān)重要的作用。但組織內(nèi)知識(shí)流動(dòng)并非易事,知識(shí)共享通常不是自然發(fā)生的。組織中員工知識(shí)共享水平的提高,需要員工之間進(jìn)行溝通與交流,社會(huì)化為員工溝通交流提供了機(jī)會(huì)。非正式社會(huì)化作為發(fā)生在個(gè)人層面的社會(huì)化類型,對(duì)組織中人與人之間的知識(shí)共享行為具有非常重要的作用。對(duì)來自長(zhǎng)江三角洲的13家企業(yè)問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,搭建非正式社會(huì)化、社會(huì)交互作用、權(quán)力距離、知識(shí)共享4個(gè)變量之間的交互作用模型,采用探索性因子分析、驗(yàn)證性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析方法,就非正式社會(huì)化對(duì)知識(shí)共享的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:Knowledge is a unique and valuable key resource. It plays an important role in the management and effective use of knowledge to enhance the core competitiveness of the organization. However, the flow of knowledge within an organization is not easy, and knowledge sharing usually does not occur naturally. In order to improve the level of knowledge sharing in the organization, it is necessary to communicate and communicate with each other. Socialization provides an opportunity for staff to communicate with each other. Informal socialization, as a type of socialization occurring at the individual level, plays a very important role in the behavior of knowledge sharing among people in the organization. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data of 13 enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta, the interaction model of informal socialization, social interaction, power distance and knowledge sharing was built, and the exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the interaction between the four variables, namely, informal socialization, social interaction, power distance and knowledge sharing. Based on confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation analysis, the influence mechanism of informal socialization on knowledge sharing is discussed.
