技術(shù)創(chuàng)新合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)流動(dòng)的微觀作用路徑分析——以我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域?yàn)槔?/H1>

【摘要】:知識(shí)流動(dòng)是技術(shù)研發(fā)合作過(guò)程中的一種重要行為,對(duì)創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)出具有不可忽視的作用。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、合作關(guān)系以及節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性3個(gè)維度對(duì)知識(shí)流動(dòng)的影響及其交互作用展開(kāi)分析,初步構(gòu)建技術(shù)創(chuàng)新合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)流動(dòng)微觀分析的基本框架。然后,以我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域96個(gè)創(chuàng)新主體為主要研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)定性比較分析(QCA)方法深入剖析協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中知識(shí)流動(dòng)的核心作用路徑及典型微觀作用路徑。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識(shí)流動(dòng)受到節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和關(guān)系程度三者交互作用的影響;(2)主體知識(shí)存量及密切合作是實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)流動(dòng)的重要保障;(3)目前在我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域,高校、科研院所更傾向通過(guò)與不同類型的主體建立廣泛的合作關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)的有效流動(dòng),而企業(yè)則主要通過(guò)與少量主體建立密切合作關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)有效流動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Knowledge flow is an important behavior in the process of R & D cooperation and plays an important role in the output of innovation results. Based on the analysis of the influence of network structure, cooperative relationship and node attribute on knowledge flow and its interaction, the basic framework of micro-analysis of knowledge flow in technical innovation cooperation network is preliminarily constructed. Then, taking 96 innovation subjects in the field of biomedicine in China as the main research object, this paper analyzes the core and typical micro-action paths of knowledge flow in collaborative innovation by qualitative and comparative analysis of (QCA) method. It is found that: (1) the knowledge flow of cooperative network is influenced by the interaction of node attribute, network structure and relationship degree; (2) the knowledge stock and close cooperation are the important guarantee to realize the knowledge flow; (3) at present, in the field of biomedicine in China, universities and research institutes tend to realize the effective flow of knowledge by establishing extensive cooperative relations with different types of subjects. Enterprises, on the other hand, establish a close cooperative relationship with a small number of subjects to realize the effective flow of knowledge.
