南通市企業(yè)員工滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)加入WTO以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,取得了全球矚目的成就,國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值位列世界第二,但是高的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度沒(méi)有同步帶來(lái)高的國(guó)民幸福感。只有企業(yè)中的員工滿(mǎn)意度較高,進(jìn)而才會(huì)使客戶(hù)感到滿(mǎn)意,企業(yè)才有可能健康長(zhǎng)久的發(fā)展。哈佛大學(xué)有關(guān)員工滿(mǎn)意度的調(diào)查顯示:當(dāng)員工的滿(mǎn)意度增加3%,顧客滿(mǎn)意度就相應(yīng)增加5%,企業(yè)利潤(rùn)可相應(yīng)增加25%~85%,由此可見(jiàn),企業(yè)的員工滿(mǎn)意度水平已經(jīng)成為影響企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的關(guān)鍵因素。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、面對(duì)面訪(fǎng)談、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方法,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合南通市企業(yè)和人口分布的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了信度很高且通過(guò)效度檢驗(yàn)的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,以分層抽樣和隨機(jī)抽樣的方法通過(guò)入戶(hù)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)的形式完成了410份調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的發(fā)放回收及數(shù)據(jù)整理。首先根據(jù)員工的個(gè)體特征進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì);其次結(jié)合SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行T檢驗(yàn)和方差分析探索分析員工滿(mǎn)意度的主要影響因素;然后采用多分類(lèi)有序反應(yīng)變量logistic模型中的累積logit模型,以員工不同的人口屬性和社會(huì)屬性作為解釋變量,各影響因素為被解釋變量,研究不同的影響因素下,不同人口屬性和社會(huì)屬性員工的滿(mǎn)意度之間的差別;最后結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型計(jì)算出南通市企業(yè)員工的整體滿(mǎn)意度指數(shù)。根據(jù)前文分析得出本文的研究結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從多角度考慮提出提升員工滿(mǎn)意度的針對(duì)性建議,希望以此為企業(yè)提高員工滿(mǎn)意度的方法上提供一點(diǎn)啟示和新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into the WTO, China's economy has developed at a high speed and has made great achievements in the world. The gross national product (GNP) ranks second in the world, but the high speed of economic development has not brought about a high level of national well-being. Only if the employee satisfaction in the enterprise is higher, and then the customers will be satisfied, and the enterprise can develop healthily and long-term. A Harvard survey on employee satisfaction shows that when employee satisfaction increases by 3%, customer satisfaction increases by 5%, and corporate profits increase by 25% to 85%. The level of employee satisfaction has become the key factor that affects the profit of the enterprise. Through literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, face-to-face interview, statistical analysis and so on, on the basis of previous studies and combined with the characteristics of enterprises and population distribution in Nantong City, this paper constructs a questionnaire with high reliability and pass validity test. Through door-to-door interview, 410 questionnaires were collected and collected by stratified sampling and random sampling. First, descriptive statistics are carried out according to the individual characteristics of employees; secondly, T-test and ANOVA are used to explore and analyze the main influencing factors of employee satisfaction with SPSS statistical software; Then the cumulative logit model in the logistic model of multi-classified ordered response variables is adopted. The different population attributes and social attributes of employees are taken as explanatory variables, and the influence factors are interpreted variables to study the different influencing factors. The difference between the satisfaction degree of employees with different population attributes and social attributes; Finally, the overall satisfaction index of employees in Nantong city is calculated by using the structural equation model. According to the analysis above, this paper draws a conclusion, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions to improve employee satisfaction from various angles, hoping to provide some enlightenment and new ideas for the method of improving employee satisfaction in enterprises.
