【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,設(shè)備的加工制造水平已經(jīng)飛速進步,自潤滑與自診斷、自報警已非常普遍,只要做好預(yù)防點檢,基本上不需要中修和大修。中華人民共和國建立之初,引進了蘇聯(lián)的設(shè)備管理模式,這一模式可接受事后檢修與故障檢修,實行預(yù)防檢修與事故檢修相結(jié)合,其過程貫徹了定修的概念。計劃經(jīng)濟時代,在國內(nèi)流行設(shè)備運行管理的主要概念是"三修三養(yǎng)三查":三修是小修、中修、大修,三養(yǎng)是日常保養(yǎng)、一級保養(yǎng)、二級保養(yǎng),三查是日常檢查、

In the era of planned economy, the main concept of operation and management of popular equipment in China is "three repairs, three maintenance, three checks": three repairs are minor repairs, medium repairs, major repairs, three maintenance are routine maintenance, first level maintenance, second level maintenance, and three checks are routine inspections.
