【摘要】：[目的 /意義]裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)是區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中的重要企業(yè)形態(tài)和新生創(chuàng)新力量。以促進(jìn)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,基于系統(tǒng)協(xié)同理論和知識整合理論,探究裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)知識整合特征和模式選擇,對于其提升知識整合水平、在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中形成核心競爭力具有理論和實踐意義。[方法 /過程]基于企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)生存-快速發(fā)展-成熟蛻變?nèi)A段生命周期視角,解析區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)內(nèi)裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的知識整合特征,構(gòu)建生命周期視角下的裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的知識整合模式。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中,裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)知識域的形成需經(jīng)歷知識吸取、知識共享和知識轉(zhuǎn)化3個過程,由于生命周期階段所呈現(xiàn)的知識特點的迥異,創(chuàng)業(yè)成長期裂變企業(yè)宜采用繼承式模式,快速發(fā)展期企業(yè)宜采用漸續(xù)式模式,成熟蛻變期裂變企業(yè)宜采用跳躍式模式。細(xì)化研究裂變型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)基于生命周期階段適宜的知識整合模式,有利于強(qiáng)化其高效整合知識資源的能力,提升了企業(yè)在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中的知識協(xié)同管理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: fission enterprise is an important enterprise form and new innovation force in regional innovation system. Aiming at promoting the collaborative innovation development of regional innovation system, based on the theory of system collaboration and knowledge integration, this paper explores the characteristics and mode selection of knowledge integration of fission entrepreneurial enterprises, and promotes the level of knowledge integration for them. It is of theoretical and practical significance to form the core competence in the regional innovation system. [methods] based on the perspective of three stages of enterprise survival, rapid development and mature transformation, this paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge integration of fission enterprises in regional innovation system. Construct the knowledge integration model of fission enterprise from the perspective of life cycle. [results / conclusion] in the regional innovation system, the formation of knowledge domain of fission entrepreneurial enterprises needs to go through three processes: knowledge absorption, knowledge sharing and knowledge transformation. The fission enterprise should adopt the inheritance mode, the fast developing enterprise should adopt the gradual mode, and the mature fission enterprise should adopt the jump mode. Detailed research on the appropriate knowledge integration model based on the life cycle stage of fission entrepreneurial enterprises is helpful to strengthen their ability to integrate knowledge resources efficiently and enhance the level of knowledge collaborative management in regional innovation system.
