企業(yè)師徒制中介機(jī)制理論視角的述評(píng)與未來展望

【摘要】:企業(yè)師徒制是人力資源開發(fā)的有效工具,也是人力資源管理研究的重要主題。本文從社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)、社會(huì)認(rèn)同、社會(huì)交換、社會(huì)資本等理論視角回顧并分析了企業(yè)師徒制的中介機(jī)制。并且提出未來研究的三個(gè)新視角:第一,運(yùn)用社會(huì)交換、社會(huì)資本理論研究師徒制的新趨勢。如隨著師徒"對(duì)子關(guān)系"改變和運(yùn)用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)-成員理論,進(jìn)一步深入剖析師徒指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò);在中國文化情境中,以"關(guān)系"理論研究師徒二者類親情交換關(guān)系;開始關(guān)注認(rèn)知性社會(huì)資本的積極作用。第二,運(yùn)用行為科學(xué)中的烙印效應(yīng)解釋導(dǎo)師對(duì)徒弟的積極影響;從積極心理學(xué)視角探討企業(yè)師徒制與人文福祉的關(guān)系;最后,以社會(huì)影響理論解析師徒交互的動(dòng)態(tài)過程。
[Abstract]:Enterprise teacher-apprenticeship system is an effective tool for human resource development and an important subject of human resource management. From the perspective of social learning, social identity, social exchange and social capital, this paper reviews and analyzes the intermediary mechanism of enterprise master system. Three new perspectives of future research are put forward. Firstly, the new trend of master and apprenticeship is studied by using social exchange and social capital theory. For example, with the change and application of the leader-member theory, the guiding network of teacher and disciple is further analyzed, and the relationship between teacher and apprentice is studied by the theory of "relationship" in Chinese cultural context. Beginning to pay attention to the positive role of cognitive social capital. Secondly, using the brand effect in behavioral science to explain the positive influence of mentors on apprentices; from the perspective of positive psychology to explore the relationship between the corporate teacher-apprenticeship system and human well-being; finally, to analyze the dynamic process of teacher-apprentice interaction with the theory of social impact.
