【摘要】：通過對遼寧省101個縣區(qū)862名返鄉(xiāng)大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)情況的調研,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)多處于起步階段,創(chuàng)業(yè)行業(yè)相對集中,對創(chuàng)業(yè)前景充滿信心、態(tài)度積極,但負荷的壓力值得關注。返鄉(xiāng)大學生缺乏系統(tǒng)化的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,創(chuàng)業(yè)資源利用顯得不足。基于此,本文提出構建大學生返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)社會支持的對策,即:發(fā)揮政策的導向作用,增強返鄉(xiāng)大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿;深化創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革,提升大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力;做好創(chuàng)業(yè)服務工作,緩解大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)壓力;開展創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化,促進高質量項目創(chuàng)業(yè)等,來引導和幫扶大學生返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of 862 returning college students in 101 counties and regions of Liaoning Province, it is found that most of them are in the initial stage, the entrepreneurial industry is relatively concentrated, they are full of confidence in the prospect of entrepreneurship, and their attitude is positive, but the pressure of the load is worth paying attention to. The returning college students lack systematic entrepreneurship education, and the utilization of entrepreneurial resources is insufficient. Based on this, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing the social support for college students returning to their hometown to start their own businesses, that is, to give full play to the guiding role of the policy, to enhance the entrepreneurial willingness of returning college students, to deepen the reform of entrepreneurship education, and to enhance the entrepreneurial ability of college students. To do a good job of entrepreneurial services to ease the pressure on college students to start a business, to carry out entrepreneurship incubation, promote high-quality projects, to guide and help college students to return home to start their own businesses.
