【摘要】：正精益的底層架構(gòu)可總結(jié)為三個(gè)詞、六個(gè)字:良知、事實(shí)、邏輯。致良知,存大愛我們常說(shuō),要做負(fù)責(zé)任的人,負(fù)責(zé)任是良知的基礎(chǔ)。負(fù)責(zé)任在工作當(dāng)中表現(xiàn)為兩個(gè)方面:一方面是堅(jiān)信共識(shí)。所謂堅(jiān)信共識(shí),就是我們對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展有堅(jiān)定的信心,我們相信企業(yè)發(fā)展了,大家會(huì)有一個(gè)共贏的結(jié)果。另一方面,要有堅(jiān)定的信心。堅(jiān)信我們一定能達(dá)到發(fā)展目標(biāo)。但是,僅有以上兩個(gè)方面是不夠的,必須有一個(gè)重要的基礎(chǔ),我把它稱之為"心存大愛"。
