共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念、測量與作用機制

【摘要】:隨著組織管理結(jié)構(gòu)的扁平化以及團隊管理的流行,共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這一水平的、非正式的、分布于團隊成員之間的集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模式開始受到大量學(xué)者和管理者的關(guān)注。本文通過對現(xiàn)有共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究文獻的系統(tǒng)梳理,明確了共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的理論起源、概念內(nèi)涵、與其他相關(guān)概念的區(qū)別和測量方法;了解了共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形成的理論基礎(chǔ)以及實證研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了一個共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的雙元模型;最后提出了共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對組織管理實踐的啟示,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有研究的局限性以及未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the flattening of organizational management structure and the popularity of team management, the collective leadership model of shared leadership, which is informal and distributed among team members, has attracted much attention from scholars and managers. In this paper, the theoretical origin, concept connotation, difference with other related concepts and measurement methods of shared leadership are clarified through a systematic review of the existing literature on shared leadership. The theoretical basis of the formation of shared leadership and the current situation of empirical research are understood, and on this basis, a dual model of shared leadership is constructed. Finally, the paper puts forward the enlightenment of shared leadership to the practice of organizational management, summarizes the limitations of the existing research and the future research direction.
