【摘要】：煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展已進(jìn)入到一個(gè)高速增長(zhǎng)的全新階段,規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)逼近拐點(diǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)提升空間變得日趨狹小,品牌價(jià)值擴(kuò)展異常艱難,而整體發(fā)展效益的增長(zhǎng)也變得不容樂(lè)觀。在這樣的情形下,企業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)越來(lái)越重視對(duì)成本的考慮,即以最小的成本換取最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,企業(yè)優(yōu)化自身的管理變得十分重要。因此,在這樣的大環(huán)境下,企業(yè)推行精益生產(chǎn)已成為一種必然趨勢(shì)。2014年是煙草行業(yè)全面推行精益生產(chǎn)的起點(diǎn)之年,推行精益生產(chǎn)已成為關(guān)乎行業(yè)能否持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,成為企業(yè)能否轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要舉措。本文綜合應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)管理理論作為研究基礎(chǔ),以統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、質(zhì)量控制等為研究方法,首先對(duì)G公司生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀及其問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析,提出G公司精益生產(chǎn)管理的思路與目標(biāo);然后對(duì)G公司進(jìn)行精益生產(chǎn)管理的方案設(shè)計(jì),即精益生產(chǎn)管理體系要點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì),包括精益生產(chǎn)管理過(guò)程指標(biāo)體系,精益生產(chǎn)管理監(jiān)控預(yù)警體系,精益生產(chǎn)管理過(guò)程控制體系,精益生產(chǎn)管理制度系統(tǒng)體系。最后提出G公司精益生產(chǎn)管理方案的實(shí)施及其管理建議:深入推進(jìn)PDCA精益管理;大力推廣精益六西格瑪;加強(qiáng)工藝創(chuàng)新管理驅(qū)動(dòng)力。通過(guò)精益目標(biāo)、精益思想融入管理過(guò)程,應(yīng)用精益方法節(jié)約資源、減少浪費(fèi)、提高效率實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。本文研究不僅具有較強(qiáng)的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,其研究成果對(duì)G公司生產(chǎn)管理水平的提升具有很好的實(shí)際意義,同時(shí)對(duì)同類型企業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)借鑒作用以及實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The development of tobacco industry has entered a new stage of rapid growth, the scale growth is approaching the inflection point, the space for structural improvement is becoming narrower and narrower, the expansion of brand value is extremely difficult, and the growth of overall development benefit is not optimistic. In such a case, the focus of enterprise development is to pay more and more attention to the consideration of cost, that is to say, the minimum cost in exchange for the greatest economic benefit, and the optimization of enterprise management becomes very important. Therefore, in such an environment, it has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to promote lean production. 2014 is the starting point for the tobacco industry to fully implement lean production. The implementation of lean production has become a key factor related to the sustainable and healthy development of the industry and an important measure for enterprises to transform and upgrade. Based on the theory of lean production management and the methods of statistics, management and quality control, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of production management in G Company. Put forward the ideas and objectives of lean production management in G company; Then we design the scheme of lean production management in G company, that is, the key design of lean production management system, including lean production management process index system, lean production management monitoring and warning system, lean production management process control system, Lean production management system. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation of lean production management scheme of G company and its management suggestions: to promote PDCA lean management; to promote Lean six Sigma vigorously; to strengthen the driving force of process innovation management. Through lean goal, lean thought is integrated into management process, lean method is used to save resources, reduce waste and improve efficiency to realize sustainable and healthy development. The research in this paper not only has strong theoretical and practical significance, but also has a good practical significance for the improvement of the production management level of G Company, and also has a strong reference and practical value for the same type of enterprises.
