【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動一旦中斷將會產(chǎn)生巨大的調(diào)整成本損失。因此,如何保持企業(yè)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究的重要問題。結(jié)合委托代理理論,探索了企業(yè)高管持股對創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的影響,并進(jìn)一步討論了高管過度自信與產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)作用。使用2003-2014年中國A股制造業(yè)上市公司面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證分析,結(jié)果表明:高管持股對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性具有顯著正向影響,高管過度自信則弱化了兩者間正向關(guān)系,而相對于非民營企業(yè),民營企業(yè)高管持股對創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的正向作用更強(qiáng)。同時考慮兩種情境效應(yīng)的綜合影響時,在民營企業(yè)中高管過度自信的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用更強(qiáng)。最后,考慮了遺漏變量帶來的“選擇偏差問題”和內(nèi)生性問題,采用基于Kernel匹配得分法的反事實檢驗,為實證結(jié)果提供了穩(wěn)健性證明。
[Abstract]:The enterprise innovation activity once interrupted will produce the huge adjustment cost loss. Therefore, how to maintain the sustainability of enterprise innovation is an important issue in the research of enterprise innovation. Based on the principal-agent theory, this paper explores the impact of executive ownership on innovation sustainability, and further discusses the regulatory role of executive overconfidence and property rights. Using panel data of Chinese A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2003 to 2014, the results show that executive ownership has a significant positive impact on innovation sustainability, while executive overconfidence weakens the positive relationship between the two. Compared with non-private enterprises, the executive ownership of private enterprises plays a more positive role in innovation sustainability. At the same time, considering the combined effects of the two situations, the negative regulation effect of overconfidence is stronger in private enterprises. Finally, considering the "selection deviation problem" and the endogenous problem brought by the missing variables, we use the counterfactual test based on the Kernel matching score method to prove the robustness of the empirical results.
