SW公司新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈與殘酷,企業(yè)的發(fā)展若要想始終處于不敗之地,其有效手段之一便是強(qiáng)化企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與儲備。然而,在企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方面,一方面是要通過強(qiáng)化在職職工的業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)技能,使其能夠更好地推動企業(yè)發(fā)展,另一方面則是要高度重視新進(jìn)職工的培養(yǎng),使其通過一段時(shí)間的培訓(xùn),自身的業(yè)務(wù)技能能夠與企業(yè)發(fā)展需求相匹配,并快速實(shí)現(xiàn)自我角色的轉(zhuǎn)化,更好的融入到企業(yè)之中,為企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展添磚加瓦。本文通過分析當(dāng)前SW公司的新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)體系情況,總結(jié)指出了其存在的問題主要集中在內(nèi)容缺乏針對性、方式單一枯燥、配合程度較低、師資隊(duì)伍薄弱、評估內(nèi)容簡單等方面,并從公司高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視情況、人力資源管理理念情況、薪酬激勵情況等角度,細(xì)致分析了SW公司新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)工作問題所產(chǎn)生的原因。之后,通過將相關(guān)培訓(xùn)管理理論與培訓(xùn)需求分析相結(jié)合,從培訓(xùn)的課程設(shè)計(jì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、實(shí)施管控、效果評估等四個(gè)方面,提出了SW公司新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。最后,為有效保障優(yōu)化后的SW公司新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)體系能夠有效實(shí)施,結(jié)合SW公司實(shí)際情況,從高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參與支持、配套機(jī)制建設(shè)、資源供應(yīng)保障等方面,提出了具體保障實(shí)施措施。希望本文能夠?yàn)镾W公司對新進(jìn)職工培訓(xùn)工作提供參考與幫助,同時(shí)也希望能夠?yàn)橥袠I(yè)開展相關(guān)培訓(xùn)工作,提供借鑒依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increasingly fierce and cruel competition between enterprises, if the development of enterprises is always in an invincible position, one of its effective means is to strengthen the training and reserve of enterprise talents. However, in the area of personnel training in enterprises, on the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the professional skills of in-service staff and workers so that they can better promote the development of enterprises, and on the other hand, they should attach great importance to the training of new workers. Through a period of training, their own business skills can match the needs of enterprise development, and quickly realize the transformation of their own role, better into the enterprise, for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. By analyzing the current training system of new employees in SW Company, this paper summarizes and points out that the existing problems mainly focus on the lack of pertinence in the content, the monotonous way, the low degree of cooperation, and the weakness of the teaching staff. The evaluation content is simple, and from the perspective of the company's senior leaders' attention, human resource management concept and salary incentive, this paper analyzes the causes of the training of new employees in SW Company in detail. Then, by combining the relevant training management theory with the training needs analysis, from the four aspects of training curriculum design, team building, implementation management and control, effect evaluation, this paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of the training system for the new employees of SW Company. Finally, in order to effectively ensure the effective implementation of the optimized training system for the new employees of SW Company, combining with the actual situation of the SW Company, from the participation support of senior leaders, the construction of supporting mechanism, the supply of resources and so on, Put forward the concrete safeguard implementation measure. I hope this paper can provide reference and help for the training of new employees in SW company, and also hope to provide reference basis for the relevant training work in the same industry.
